We no longer offer a Bar Service as Blackpool has so much to offer in Licensed Entertainment. The Basement area now offers a large games room with full sized pool table (£1 per go), quiz machines, table top games, freeview TV, music station and new for 2010 is a Nintendo Wii so you can really feel at home. You are more than welcome to bring in your own drinks and takeaways and relax with family and friends. The Games Room is open until 10pm.

The Sun Lounge offers a comfortable environment to relax and watch the world go by! We also have a wide selection of reading books and local information guides, up to date magazines, internet station, Skype facilities, Freeview TV, DVD player and music station. WiFi is free of charge and available in all rooms and public areas.                      

We cater for walkers and cyclists at the Fylde. We can offer a secure lockable indoor store for bicycles, walking boots and outdoor clothing. We have an area to dry outdoor clothing and facilities for service washes. Early breakfast and Packed Breakfast can be arranged. We also offer a Packed lunch facility at an additional charge. Local information, walking guides of the area, weather updates and local transport information are available for your use.

New for Summer 2010 is our Superior Family Room sleeping 6 people. We now have a spacious interconnecting family room that can sleep 2 adults and 4 children. It has a double room and a larger room with 1 double bed, single bed and a sofa bed. The room is ensuite with Flat Screen Freeview TV and tea and coffee making facilities. If you are a larger family with more than 2 children it is ideal for a short break.

Dining
Breakfast is served in the Dining Room between 09.00am - 10.00am. Our midweek tariffs (Sunday - Thursday) include a cereal and toast breakfast. You will find a choice of cereals, assortment of toast, and unlimited fruit juice, fresh coffee and tea. A full cooked breakfast is included in our weekend specials and our midweek specials. If you have opted for the budget breaks then a full cooked breakfast will be available at an additional charge of £3.00. Early breakfast can be arranged. Please inform us of any dietary requests.

Car Parking
We do have car parking space and we can provide parking for 6 for cars. This works on a first come first serve basis so is not guaranteed and can not be reserved. Cars are parked at the guests discretion and as the space is limited, guests may have to move their cars each morning to prevent people getting blocked in due to the shape of the car park. Should you want the freedom to use your car as and when you please the nearest car park (Palatine Road Car Park) is located at the bottom of the street. The hotel car parking is an added service and free of charge throughout your stay.

Checking In and Out
We aim to have your room ready for your arrival. Check in time is after 15.00pm as we need time to clean the rooms from previous guests. We do ask that you check in before 21.00pm as we are family operated. If this is not possible please inform us and we will try and accommodate this. If for any reason your rooms are not ready then you are welcome to use the hotel facilities and leave your luggage with us. Checking out is slightly different! We ask you to vacate your rooms at 11.00am. You are welcome to store your luggage here and use all of the facilities until you depart. Please let us know if you have a late flight or train and we can organise shower facilities so you can freshen up.

Smoking- The Fylde International is NON SMOKING. If you do smoke there is comfortable seating outside to the front of the hotel. We do not tolerate smoking in bedrooms or in any of the public areas, we do have a NO SMOKING policy in place. If smoking has occurred in bedrooms then a £100 cleaning charge will be added to your final bill. We thank you for respecting our policies and making it a smoke free environment for all of our guests. Should smoking occur in your room then you will be asked to leave the property.

Late Keys - All rooms are issued with a late key on arrival. The late key will give you flexibility to come and go as you please.

Cats - We are animal lovers here and we do have 2 cats. Roger and Pixie. They both use the garden area and sometimes the public areas. Please inform us if you dislike cats as we will try and keep them in our private accommodation. Most of our guests enjoy the cats company!

Other Guests - We operate as a big house and ask that you respect other guests. We cater for families so ask you to keep the noise to a minimum on a nighttime when coming back to the property. We are not a party hotel so ask that you respect our policy.
