We aim to provide an informal environment catering for couples, families, walkers and cyclists, school groups, international backpackers, business travellers, and Specialist Groups and Sport Teams. |

Our laid back environment allows you to make the most of the facilities such as a self catering area in the Dining Room, free tea and coffee throughout the day, and the freedom to bring in your own food and drink. We provide a full hearty breakfast to get you started throughout the day. We aim to offer an ideal base for our guests to meet new people and relax after a day or night exploring Blackpool and its surrounding area.

Please note we have a 2 night minimum stay policy on Weekends, New Year and Bank Holidays. We do not accept single night stays on weekends. We do not accept Stag or Hen Parties.

Should you need to cancel your booking a £15 per person Cancellation fee will be charged. No shows or cancellations within 24 hours will result in the full outstanduing balance being paid. Please ensure you have travel insurance as cancellation fees will not be waivered. |
